Jeff did excellent work for me on another property when he was with another company, so naturally, I followed him to Warner because of his strong work ethic. He was thorough in getting me what I wanted within my budget, despite my new property being 2 hours away. Workers arrived as scheduled and were efficient in getting the job done well within the allotted time frame Jeff gave me. The finished product is the envy of my neighborhood. I would recommend Warner Roofing & Restoration to everyone! With a recommendation from a few other people, I gave them a call after being pretty much dragged through the mud by another roofing company outside of Chicago. I spoke with Jeff and from the initial conversation I knew I was in good hands. Jeff and his team came out same day, inspected the storm damage, seen what the other company started & didn’t finish, & also found other issues that needed to be brought up to code with my roof (the other company had no intention on fixing these issues, they were just going to throw shingles over it & call it a day). Jeff took photos, sent them over to my insurance company and got an approval for the roof to be replaced on my entire home, shed, and garage. The original approval was only for a portion of that but they made certain that I was treated fairly, and honestly went above and beyond what I expected. Besides completely saving me by getting my roof done before it started snowing, they were able to replace all of my gutters with little out of pocket compared to what I was going to get with the other company, and nowhere near the quality of work that Warner Roofing and Restoration provided. The timeline of me dealing with this other company was a span from the beginning of September to the beginning of November, in which no work was done they only pulled off the shingles from the back of my shed and covered it with some type of wrap, started that work at 7am & left by 9am. That’s it! Warner received my call the same day I decided to end business with that company, got me approved, and started and finished the work before Thanksgiving. Needless to say I had a very thankful and stress free holiday because of them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We’ve used Warner Restoration multiple times now, and they continue to exceed our expectations. A few years ago, they replaced our roof and did an outstanding job. The quality of work, communication, and overall professionalism were top-notch from start to finish.
More recently, we had them come back out to clean our ducts, and once again, their team was fantastic. Sean handled the duct cleaning for us and he was great. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right. He also made sure everything was clean before he left, which we really appreciated.
